ZeroTrade UK refunds and cancellations
Customers should understand the difference between a pre-release payment review and a delivered digital license or hosted access entitlement.
ZeroTrade uses tracked orders so payment, receipt reference, delivery state, and release values can be reviewed without guessing. Keep your order id and access key safe.
Before delivery or activation
If payment has been made but license values, hosted signup, or access release has not yet been delivered, the order can be reviewed for cancellation, correction, duplicate payment, or failed verification.
After digital delivery
Once a node license, hosted signup, download access, or service access has been delivered, refunds are not automatic because digital access and activation value have been released.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
Duplicate payments, clear mistaken orders, materially incorrect fulfilment, or payment-reference errors can be reviewed manually against the order ledger and payment record.
No refunds for market outcome
Trading losses, missed opportunities, provider downtime, API costs, broker decisions, market volatility, or a customer's live trading outcome are not treated as product refund reasons.
Statutory rights
This policy does not remove rights a customer may have under applicable consumer law. Digital-content and service rules can depend on location, delivery state, and the customer's legal status.

Use the order recovery page with the order id, order access key, payment reference, email used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue.
