Terms
ZeroTrade UK customer terms summary
The commercial shape is simple: buy the correct access path, activate carefully, start in proof modes, and keep customer-controlled providers and risk decisions in the customer's hands.
These terms explain the current product operating basis. If an order page, invoice, or written agreement states a more specific term for a customer, that specific order term should be read alongside this page.
What customers buy
Customers may buy a self-hosted node license, paid hosted website access, or an optional service layer. The order page controls the selected plan, term, price, payment reference, and delivery path.
Self-hosted node access
A self-hosted license allows the customer to install and activate the ZeroTrade runtime on their own supported machine, such as an Ubuntu server, VPS, mini PC, or suitable home PC.
Hosted website access
Hosted access gives the customer a website login, encrypted provider vault, dashboard controls, and account-side workflow settings after payment verification and account activation.
No brokerage, custody, or advice
ZeroTrade is not presented as a broker, custodian, exchange, portfolio manager, payment institution, or personal investment adviser. Customers remain responsible for their providers, accounts, permissions, and trading decisions.
AI and automation boundaries
AI, quant, and quantum features may explain, classify, rank, summarize, brief, and review. They must not bypass risk-core, execution-core, mode separation, or customer-configured controls.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reading the docs, securing their accounts, using least-privilege API keys, checking provider status, validating setup in demo/replay/paper mode, and understanding market risk before live exposure.
Updates and availability
The public portal, hosted access, downloads, and update services are operated on a best-efforts basis with maintenance, security, and reliability work prioritised. Self-hosted customers should keep backups of their own configuration and node state.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use ZeroTrade to attack systems, evade provider rules, scrape unlawfully, store third-party secrets without authority, misrepresent performance, or expose private control panels publicly.
